Já na segunda emenda, apenas o trecho que determina sobre os tratamentos contra o câncer terem prazo mais curto, de 120 dias contando da data em que teve o pedido protocolado, sendo prorrogável por mais 60 dias corridos, é que foi aprovado.



Houve também uma terceira emenda proposta pelos senadores; porém, esta não obteve quórum para que fosse aprovada pelos deputados.
